I have 20+ years of running Leadership and Management programmes.

The courses are enjoyable, interactive and practical.

I believe my style is approachable and friendly, I am always willing to give up time for people who want to develop. I am not a trainer who will tell you what or how to do something, I prefer to help you create options and help you decide what action you want to take.

I believe people learn by doing and so the programmes are a mix of my input, exercises, role play, case study and ted talks.

I am happy to stay after a session if necessary or can be contacted by phone or email at home.

I am truly passionate about training and developing people to be the best version of themselves. I believe that my style motivates and inspires people to do this.
