I offer friendly, practical and structured business lessons for students who want to improve their understanding, confidence and written work. My teaching covers business studies, management, leadership, operations, strategy, customer service, organisational change, workplace communication and professional development.
My lessons are shaped around the student’s needs. Some students need help understanding business theories and models, some need support with assignments or presentations, and others want help applying business ideas to real workplace examples. I like to keep lessons clear, relaxed and focused, so students leave each session knowing what they have learned and what they need to work on next.
I use a mixture of discussion, examples, questioning and guided writing. I can help students break down assignment questions, plan answers, structure essays, improve reflective writing, prepare case study responses and build stronger arguments. I aim to make business feel practical rather than dry or overly academic.
I bring senior business and leadership experience, with a background in operations, people management, quality assurance, training and assessment. This means I can help students connect business theory to real situations such as managing teams, improving performance, dealing with change, serving customers and making better decisions.
My style is calm, patient and supportive. I want students to feel comfortable asking questions, testing ideas and developing their own voice. The aim is not only to complete the work in front of them, but to help them become more confident, more organised and more capable business learners.
