You may already know me as a Mindfulness teacher, but my approach is evolving to meet the realities of modern life—especially the challenges of attention, overwhelm, and constant digital distraction.
I offer short, practical mindfulness sessions designed to restore attention, deepen awareness, and build emotional resilience. These sessions are intentionally accessible and grounded in real-life application, helping you reconnect with your values, strengthen self-management, and develop a steadier, more “indestructible” mind in a fast-paced world.
Each session typically includes:
A brief arrival and grounding practice
A focused mindfulness exercise (such as breath awareness, body-based attention, or mindful inquiry)
Guided reflection to support insight and value clarification
Practical tools you can immediately apply in daily life
The tone is warm, structured, and inclusive. I adapt my teaching to suit different groups, including those who may be new to mindfulness or navigating language or cultural differences. I draw on my experience as a mindfulness-based intervention facilitator (including MBSR and MBCT), as well as my work as a social prescriber supporting diverse and often underserved communities.
Rather than long or intensive programmes, these sessions are designed to be short, impactful, and sustainable—supporting you to integrate mindfulness into everyday moments, not just set-aside practice time.
