ABOUT MY LESSONS
My lessons are designed to be the highlight of your academic week. I believe that learning English shouldn't feel like a chore; it should feel like opening a door to new opportunities. Whether we are working on foundational phonics or senior-level essay composition, my sessions are structured, interactive, and entirely focused on your specific goals.
THE FORMAT AND DYNAMICS
I use a "Learn-Practice-Apply" framework to ensure you actually retain what we cover:
The Learn Phase: We start with a clear, 10-minute deep dive into a specific concept (e.g., a grammar rule, a biological term in English, or a literary device).
The Practice Phase: We use interactive digital whiteboards and shared documents to work through examples together. I provide real-time feedback so we catch mistakes before they become habits.
The Apply Phase: We move into conversational practice or creative writing, where you use the new concept in a real-world context.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Tailored Content: No "one-size-fits-all" lessons. I adapt my material to your grade level and interests.
Tech-Integrated: We will use Zoom/Google Meet alongside interactive quizzes and digital worksheets to keep the energy high.
A Supportive Environment: My experience teaching students with learning challenges has taught me that patience is the most important part of teaching. You are allowed to make mistakes here—that’s how we learn!
MY EXPERIENCE
With over 3 years of experience across primary and secondary levels, I have successfully helped students bridge literacy gaps and excel in their school exams. As a B.Sc. Public Health Science student, I also bring a high level of academic discipline and clarity to my teaching, helping you think critically while you improve your language skills.
Why this works for your profile:
Structure: Explaining the "Learn-Practice-Apply" model makes you look like a trained professional, not just a casual tutor.
Tone: It sounds welcoming but reminds them that you are a University-level science student, which builds trust.
Outcome-Oriented: It focuses on the student's "opportunities" and "academic growth."
