Gioia Palmieri

I have 5+ years of experience teaching Italian to children aged 2 and students from Reception to Y11.
I'm currently a teacher at the Mammamia Liverpool and Dante Alighieri society Liverpool. I have also extensive experience with adults interested to get a language certificate or just interested in learning for pleasure, tourism or professional need.

My strong initiative and ability to cater to a diverse range of learners allow me to thrive in a challenging teaching environment. Specifically, some of my greatest professional successes include:
Increasing language skills levels by beginners to confident speakers through engaging multiple modalities, creating fun reading/speaking and writing challenges, and helping students to interact and using the language as much as possible. Encouraging my students to with a personalised approach to teaching that instills confidence in their abilities and potential.

I also covering a position part time as professional journalists. This gives me also the ability to update the contents of the lessons and support the students to engage in another language with gaining confidence by reading and producing daily news and engaging with everyday life issues.
