Presently, I am aiming to complete my 250hr TEFL course by December 2026.

Having had nearly 35 years’ unblemished service as a MOD Police Officer, I developed strong communication skills, empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm and impartial in all situations. Throughout my career I have worked with people from all parts of the UK and beyond whilst dealing with many others as part of my job. This involved regularly mentoring, guiding and supporting people from all backgrounds, helping them find confidence, make good decisions, and work through all manner of challenges.

I am reliable, organised, and naturally approachable. I communicate clearly and respectfully, and I am fully committed to helping students build resilience, stay motivated, and achieve their best.

My 15 years experience as a youth football coach have also augmented my support, communication and empathy skills .

I am currently completing a 250-hour TEFL course (finishing December?2026) to further develop my skills in education and supporting learners.”
