Hi my name is Georgina I have taught English as a foreign Language for 15 years in both Istanbul, Turkey and Oxford in the U.K. I have taught in some language schools and for EF International Academy in Oxford. I taught 16 year old students I.E.L.T.S. classes this involved grammar, essay writing techniques , reading comprehension and speaking skills.
I have a lot of experience teaching 16 years to adult all levels of General English , from beginner to advanced following and exam class preparation. I have taught the Cambridge exams F.C.E , C.A.E and I.E.L.T.S preparation classes. This is an exam required for non-native students who wish to study a degree in an English university. It tests all four skills reading, writing , listening and speaking. It is very structured and requires practice to pass it. I have spent 6 years helping students to attain the level they needed to achieve a place at university. My success rate is over 80%
I use a communitive approach to teaching and tailor lessons to suit the student's needs.
