My lessons will be friendly, supportive and tailored to each student's needs. We'll begin with getting to know each other and discussing preferred learning methods before using techniques such as gap fills, flashcards, quizzes, diagrams and practice questions. I'll break down difficult concepts into manageable sections and help you build confidence through practice questions and clear explanations.

I am patient, approachable and dedicated to helping students succeed. My strengths include communication, problem solving, adaptability and empathy. I have 2 years experience working with children include SEND children so I am aware that everyones brains work differently and learn in different ways.

Having just completed my A-level in Biology and BTEC National Certificate in Applied Science, I understand the challenges of learning science and can explain topics in a clear and simple way. I am also happy to adapt my teaching style to suit different students and I encourage students to ask questions throughout- I don't want them to leave a lesson still not understanding concepts.
