• Exploration of inner dialogue, limiting beliefs, and self-compassion
• Somatic techniques to release stress from the body and reconnect to the present
• Occasional use of journaling prompts and creative reflection exercises

Each lesson blends structured practice with open dialogue, allowing space for whatever needs to arise in the moment. I adjust the pace and content based on each student’s emotional state, energy levels, and personal goals.

I primarily work with:
• High school and university students struggling with stress, pressure, or anxiety
• Young adults navigating life transitions, identity, or emotional challenges
• Anyone feeling disconnected from themselves or stuck in their head
• Beginners curious about mindfulness, or those who want to deepen their practice in a safe, supportive setting

My style is gentle yet structured, intuitive but also intentional. I create a safe, judgment-free environment where students can show up exactly as they are. I emphasize connection over performance, presence over perfection. I guide with empathy, patience, and authenticity, always meeting students where they are emotionally and energetically.
Mindfulness with me isn’t just about learning how to meditate—it’s about creating a real, personal relationship with the present moment, with your breath, your emotions, and your inner world.

I’m trained in coaching methodologies that are trauma-aware, compassionate, and grounded in real, sustainable change. My approach is deeply intuitive, heart-led, and rooted in the belief that every person already has the wisdom within—they just need the right space to access it.
I’ve had the honor of guiding multiple clients through a deeply transformative 90-day program focused on healing from within. Many of them came to me feeling anxious, disconnected, or stuck in limiting patterns—and left with more confidence, emotional balance, and clarity about who they are and what they need. These experiences allowed me to refine my approach to mindfulness as a tool for empowerment and long-term well-being.
