A dedicated educator with strong leadership skills. I’m most passionate when presented with the opportunity to develop high quality systems, and teaching materials that allow me to pass on my knowledge in an enjoyable and rewarding fashion for both student and teacher.

In previous roles I have prepared over 40 students (ages seven-years-old to adult) for Cambridge English exams and personal or employability development, with fantastic results for all levels; A2, B1, B2 - with 90% achieving a B grade or above.

This is a strict curriculum, yet it does rely on a teacher’s abilities to provide creative and dynamic learning spaces, which keeps the students engaged - plus eager to learn - both inside and outside of the classroom.

I am always looking for a potential solution rather than accepting that things cannot be improved. I listen to the concerns of my students and employers, and highlight both the issues and am confident in developing solutions alongside my workforces.
