I'm a year 12 student currently studying mathematics, with strong predicted grades and top GCSE results. I sat those exams very recently, which means I remember exactly where students get stuck- and how to explain those concepts in a way that makes sense.

I'm a year 12 student currently studying mathematics, with strong predicted grades and top GCSE results. I sat those exams very recently, which means I remember exactly where students get stuck- and how to explain those concepts in a way that makes sense.
I tutor GCSE Maths (Both Foundation and Higher) as well as KS3 Maths, across all main exam boards.
My lessons are built around questions, not lectures. We work through past-paper problems together, I break down the method step by step, and then you try one on your own so I can see precisely where the gap is. I put a lot of focus on exam technique: how marks are actually awarded, how to recognise what a question is really asking for, and how to stop losing easy marks under time pressure.
Every session is tailored to you. Tell me the topics you're struggling with, the grade you're aiming for, or just send me a paper you found difficult, and I'll build the lesson around it. I'm patient, I don't rush, and I won't make anyone feel silly for asking the same question twice. Whether you want steady weekly support or intensive revision before an exam, get in touch and I'll put a plan together that fits.
Between sessions I'm happy to set short targeted practise on the topics we've covered, so the progress sticks rather than fading by the next lesson. I also mark and give feedback on any past papers you complete in your own time.
Parents: You'll get a clear picture of what we've worked on and where your child stands, so you know the sessions are actually moving the grade.
