I enjoy working with students who are willing to progress and become bettwe with their goals. I do this by supporting students with a step by step plan, which makes their working plan towards their goal more easier to achieve. Lessons should be interactive, so I prefer using a lot of communication in my lessons, so I understand what the student struggles with and ensure the lessons are based on what the student wants to learn so it meets their needs and requirements by using different techniques such as quizzes and doing lessons based on a specific topic and once the topic is finished I would give a test and let the student know about it in advance so they have time to prepare and this allows them to take notes and become more confident and encourages them to become more organised, resilient and disciplined, which will enable students to implement these skills more easily in their future goals. I appreciate feedback and prefer to ask students what they would want to do in their future lessons, so I can adjust the lessons based on their preferences and feedback are valued and respected and ensures improvements are made, to make learning an enjoyable progress.
