My lessons are structured, engaging, and tailored to each student’s individual learning needs. I begin by understanding the student’s current level, academic goals, and areas of difficulty. Based on this, I design a personalised study plan that focuses on strengthening core concepts while also targeting exam performance.

Each session typically includes a clear explanation of key topics, followed by guided practice using exam-style questions. I break down complex biological concepts into simple, easy-to-understand explanations, using diagrams, real-life examples, and active discussion to ensure deep understanding rather than memorisation. I also encourage students to ask questions freely, creating a supportive and interactive learning environment.

I place strong emphasis on exam techniques, including how to approach different types of questions, manage time effectively, and avoid common mistakes. Regular feedback is provided to help students track their progress and build confidence over time.

As an MSc Molecular Microbiology student, I bring strong subject knowledge and current scientific understanding into my teaching. My academic background allows me to connect fundamental biology concepts with real-world applications, making lessons more interesting and relevant.

Lessons are conducted online, offering flexibility and convenience. I also provide additional resources such as notes, practice questions, and revision strategies to support independent study outside of sessions.

My goal is to help students not only improve their grades but also develop confidence, curiosity, and a genuine understanding of biology.
