My lessons are interactive, structured and tailored to each student’s level, learning style and goals. I begin by identifying areas of strength and difficulty, then create a clear lesson plan around the topics that need the most attention.
Lessons typically combine concise explanations, visual examples, guided practice, exam-style questions and regular feedback. I encourage students to ask questions and explain their reasoning rather than simply memorising answers. For GCSE students, I place particular emphasis on understanding key concepts, applying knowledge to unfamiliar questions and developing effective exam technique.
I have experience teaching and mentoring students in medical education, delivering tutorials, preparing learners for examinations, conducting practice assessments and providing individual feedback. This has helped me develop a patient and supportive teaching style while maintaining a strong focus on measurable progress.
Whether a student needs help understanding a difficult topic, preparing for an upcoming exam, improving confidence or working towards higher grades, I adapt each lesson accordingly. My aim is to make lessons engaging, focused and practical, so students leave each session understanding not only what the answer is, but why it is correct.
