Hi, I’m Fabia! I teach Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics, and I’ve been tutoring for more than six years. I love helping students make sense of topics they once found confusing and seeing their confidence grow as things start to click.

My lessons are structured but tailored to you. We’ll begin with a five-minute warm-up and brainstorming session to revisit previous learning and see what you remember. Then we’ll work through a topic in detail, using clear explanations, diagrams and worked examples on Miro and an online whiteboard. Every lesson includes dedicated time for practice questions, so you can put what you’ve learned into use and get feedback on your answers.

We’ll give extra attention to the topics you’re struggling with first. Once those foundations are secure, we’ll work chapter by chapter towards completing the syllabus, covering everything from A to Z. In Biology, we might map out a process and explain how each stage connects; in Chemistry, work through reactions and calculations; in Physics and Maths, break a problem down and decide which principles or methods to apply.

The goal is to understand what you’re learning, explain it in your own words and apply it to unfamiliar questions. We’ll also practise exam technique, including interpreting questions, showing your working and writing answers that address the marking points.

I’ve helped students improve from Ds to Bs, and many have achieved grade 9s and A*s. Whatever your starting point, you can expect patient explanations, a clear plan and space to ask as many questions as you need. We’ll work at a pace that challenges you while making sure you understand before moving on.
