Receiving an ADHD diagnosis can feel scary, isolating and confusing. Medication can help you get started and stay focused on certain tasks. But what about the other more life-defining parts of living with neurodivergence?

- In our sessions we always start with celebrating a Win. Big or small, acknowledging wins is a great way to develop and reinforce positive mindsets.
- The focus of the session is led by you. What's felt challenging for you? What are you curious about? What would you like to improve upon but not know how?
- Using a range of coaching techniques and psychosocial models we get curious about how your brain works — what drives you, what drains you, and what your emotions are actually trying to tell you.
- We work on identifying your strengths, finding work-arounds for your challenges and empowering you to advocate for your needs.
- We cover all aspects of your life; Career decisions, friendships, relationships, everyday routines, getting unstuck, finding what you love and doing more of it.
- Coaching gives you the chance to finally swap self-criticism for self-understanding, and start living a life that is authentically yours.

I work in a compassionate non-judgmental way where I encourage you to show up wholeheartedly and celebrate your uniqueness. Before I became a coach I spent years working in Consumer Research, Brand Strategy and Product Development — work that was fundamentally about understanding how people think, feel and make decisions. I'm trained to look beneath the surface. To ask insightful questions. To find the patterns that aren't immediately obvious.
