Hello! In our sessions, you'll be guided through some of the essentials of mindfulness practice, including focusing on the breath, scanning the body, active listening and some gentle mindful movement. You'll learn some short practices you can incorporate into your daily routines and observe how the practice can help you deepen your connection with yourself, tap into feelings of gratitude, help you identify your emotional triggers, grow your self-confidence and improve the quality of your relationships. Each session will include at least two guided practices, time to share how mindfulness can support you in challenging situations or relationship dynamics you may be facing, as well as space for quiet journalling, stretching and self-care practices.
