My lessons are engaging, structured and tailored to the individual. I begin with clear learning objectives and a short diagnostic task to identify strengths and gaps. Lessons combine direct teaching, guided practice and exam-focused application, with regular retrieval to secure long-term understanding. I use real exam questions, model answers and targeted feedback to build confidence and technique. As a qualified secondary science teacher with experience teaching GCSE and A level Biology, Chemistry and Physics, and as a former Head of Science, I understand exam board requirements and how to help students achieve top grades in a supportive, motivating environment.
