My Teaching Approach

I believe that every child learns differently, and my approach to teaching is built around patience, understanding, encouragement, and clear communication. When teaching primary-school students, I create a calm and welcoming learning environment where children feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and learning at their own pace.

I do not believe in rushing students or making them feel inadequate when they struggle with a topic. Instead, I take the time to understand where a student is having difficulty and explain the lesson in a simple, clear, and age-appropriate way. When necessary, I use examples, repetition, questions, practical activities, and everyday situations to help students understand and remember what they have learned.

For English lessons, I use textbooks, educational resources, and appropriate research to support my teaching. I focus on developing students' reading, writing, spelling, grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, pronunciation, and communication skills while making lessons engaging and understandable.

I also pay attention to each student's individual strengths and areas for improvement. My goal is not simply to help children complete their schoolwork, but to help them build confidence, develop good learning habits, communicate effectively, and become independent learners.

Above all, I want my students to feel that their teacher is someone who listens to them, understands them, encourages them, and genuinely wants to see them succeed.
