My lessons are friendly, supportive, interactive and tailored to each individual's learning style, experience and goals. I believe learning should be practical, engaging and enjoyable, with a focus on building confidence as well as developing knowledge and skills.

I have extensive experience in coaching, training and supporting individuals with different learning needs, including those who are neurodivergent. My approach is patient, flexible and encouraging, recognising that everyone learns differently and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to learning.

Sessions are structured but relaxed, combining clear explanations, practical activities, real-life examples, guided discussions and opportunities to put learning into practice. I encourage questions, reflection and open conversation, creating a comfortable environment where students feel able to ask for clarification without judgement.

I adapt the pace and content to suit each student, breaking down complex information into manageable steps and using practical strategies to support understanding, organisation, confidence and independent learning.

My professional background in coaching, leadership, management and workplace training allows me to bring real-world experience into lessons, helping students connect theory with practical situations.
