My background includes working as a Hospitality Manager, Apprenticeship Manager, Head of Department and Senior Quality Officer in higher education, alongside experience in apprenticeship delivery, professional development and management coaching. I also have expertise in neurodiversity and Inclusion. My teaching approach is practical, engaging, supportive and tailored to you. I combine leadership and management theory with real-world workplace examples, interactive discussions, case studies and practical exercises to help you apply your learning with confidence.
