Eloise Mitchell

I have completed a biomedical sciences degree at the university of Edinburgh, have completed an internship where I looked at the brain activity of mice with a rare neurodevelopmental disorder, and will be beginning my PGDE in biology at the university of Glasgow in August.

With a love of biology and a passion for teaching, I want to create a safe and welcoming environment where pupils feel comfortable asking questions. I believe in tailoring my approach to the individual, moving as slow or fast as required to build confidence in themselves.

My lessons will aim to inspire an interest in biology and develop confidence in your understanding of biology and ability to answer questions. A topic can be decided on prior to the lesson, we will then go over the information, explaining all concepts and completing questions to learn how to answer them to gain marks in an exam. Revision sessions to go over entire course topics can also be arranged.
