Hi! I’m Ellie, university student studying Spanish and Italian at the University of Bath, with a real passion for languages, stories, and helping people learn in ways that feel engaging, creative and personal. I come from a family of native spanish speakers from Argentina and friends from all over the hispanic world, so I also bring that valuable cultural insight that will help you achieve the top grades.
I tutor English literature and Spanish at all levels including GCSE and A level, and my background in English Literature, Drama, and Spanish A levels means I bring creativity and insight to everything from analysing poetry to mastering verb tenses. I’ve also supported my peers at university with Spanish, so I know how valuable it is to have someone explain tricky topics in a clear, down-to-earth way.
As a keen book-lover and former drama student, I believe learning should feel engaging and fun, so whether you’re preparing for an exam or just trying to build confidence, I’ll tailor our sessions to suit how you learn best — and make sure you leave each one feeling encouraged and capable.
