Hello! My name is Elli, and I’m a CELTA-qualified English tutor from the UK.

I studied Law at university and worked as a lawyer for six years before moving into proofreading and, finally, teaching English – which is now my real passion.

My lessons are relaxed, supportive, and fun. I like to use lots of speaking practice, real-life materials, and interactive activities to help you feel confident using English in everyday situations.

I’ve taught adult learners at pre-intermediate, intermediate, and upper-intermediate levels, but I’m happy to work with anyone who wants to improve their grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, or fluency. I am also qualified in teaching Academic English, and I am currently in the process of obtaining my qualifications for Business English and Exam Preparation!
