Elena Buccisano

Hi, I'm Elena, a First class graduate in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford. I have been a tutor for over 5 years teaching Modern Languages (French and Italian) at all levels (from beginners to post-A Level) and English Language and Literature up to A level/IB. I can teach all exam boards and offer lessons tailored to personal language goals - whether that is exam tailored or conversational lessons.

I also have experience preparing many students for entrance exams to both public and independent schools including Eton College and Westminster School, helping them gain the skills necessary to succeed in the 13 plus assessments. I have also delivered Oxbridge admissions support to students, helping them from the initial stages through to the MLAT and interviews.

I always take a conscientious and tailored approach to my lessons - having had a wide experience of working with students of different ages and backgrounds I recognise the importance of adapting my teaching style to the goals and the level of my student. I strive to engage my students with interactive lessons, pushing them to develop their knowledge, ask questions and ultimately, achieve their potential. I teach online - and offer homework and feedback embedded into all my lessons.
