I’m a friendly and patient Maths and Computer Science tutor who focuses on making difficult topics feel simple and manageable. My lessons are aimed at GCSE students of all abilities, whether you’re looking to improve your grades, catch up on topics you find difficult, prepare for exams, or simply become more confident in the subject.

For Maths, I explain topics step by step using clear examples rather than overcomplicating things. We can work through areas such as algebra, geometry, percentages, probability, graphs and exam-style questions. I’ll help you understand not just how to get the answer, but why each method works.

For Computer Science, I can help with programming, algorithms, problem-solving, databases, computer systems and other GCSE topics. I can also support students who are learning to code and may be struggling to understand programming concepts or how to approach practical problems.

My background in Computer Science and Mathematics has given me a strong understanding of both subjects, as well as logical thinking and problem-solving. I also have experience helping students understand technical subjects, so I’m used to breaking complicated ideas down into clear and simple explanations.

Every lesson can be adapted around your individual needs. We can focus on specific topics, homework, past-paper questions, exam technique, programming practice or general revision. I’ll identify the areas you find most difficult and spend more time on them until you feel comfortable.

Most importantly, I want lessons to feel relaxed and supportive. There’s no pressure if you don’t understand something straight away. We can try a different explanation, go through more examples and work at your own pace. My goal is for you to finish each lesson feeling more confident, better prepared and with a much clearer understanding of Maths or Computer Science.
