Although I am beginning my journey as an ESL teacher, I have developed strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills through my experience as an Administrative Virtual Assistant, Loan Processor, and Data Entry Specialist. These roles taught me patience, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to meet each learner's needs and goals. My lessons are student-centered, interactive, and encouraging, focusing on improving speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills through real-life conversations, guided practice, and constructive feedback. I strive to create a friendly, supportive, and positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and building confidence in using English.
