My online sessions are for those who are looking for yoga classes as a complement to their daily routines, as well as for those who don't like other forms of exercises and do want to improve in their strength and flexibility with my yoga classes and for those who work remotely and find it very complicated to take a class in person. Also, these classes are very impactful for people with any of the health conditions I mentioned above in order to treat their bodies in the comfort of their homes.
