Dominie Baldry

I have a yoga teacher level 3 diploma and a 200 hour yoga teacher qualification. I also have a level 3 personal trainer qualification, trauma informed yoga and yoga for women’s health, among other CPD courses.

I offer small group classes in Haughley, Suffolk and 1-2-1 sessions.

I tailor mainly to older women but anyone is welcome. I am inclusive, body positive and go at your own pace.
All my classes are friendly and fun with no judgement at all and I offer a variety of beginner friendly or gently yoga sessions as well as some dynamic yoga for more advanced yogis and yoga sculpt for a more fitnessy vibe, yoga sculpt draws inspo from Pilates, barre and functional fitness moves without being too hard on your body.

I have been a driving instructor for over 10 years so am used to helping and teaching nervous beginners.
