I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Education Winneba and a Bachelors Degree of Arts in Integrated Business Studies from the University for Development Studies.
I am well organized, reliable, punctual, proactive and self-motivated with an ability to take direction. I use a variety of strategies to meet students’ academic needs and prepare engaging lessons to help them develop required skills. I am able to use a variety of delivery methods which will stimulate learning appropriate to student needs and demands of the syllabus. I make sure all assignments, class exercise and examination questions are marked and graded and give written/Verbal and diagnostic feedback as required. I am able to plan a curriculum, prepare scheme of work, Lesson Plans and Notes for each unit taught. I have good digital and administrative skills. I am a team-player with good interpersonal skills.
I have a proven track record of building excellent interpersonal relationships with my students acting as a mentor, role model, and teacher. Further, I am an amazing team player as a result of years of working at times simultaneously as a lecturer teaching, administrator (programme leader), working on projects such as coaching learners to participate in competitions, coaching students to work on real life projects and serving on committees within the organisations that I have worked in. My experience has offered me an effective and well-rounded skill set, excellent written and verbal communication, and management abilities.
