Diya

Hi! My name is Diya, and I would love to help you achieve your best in GCSE English Language. I am currently a UCL student and achieved grades 7–9 (A–A*) across my GCSEs, including a Grade 9 in English Language.

I am passionate about supporting students and creating a friendly, encouraging learning environment where you can improve your exam skills. I offer both online tutoring and face-to-face lessons in your home (a £5 travel fee applies).

In my lessons, we will:

* Work through GCSE past papers and exam-style questions.
* Understand the mark scheme and what examiners are looking for.
* Learn how to write high-scoring answers.
* Use clear checklists and techniques for each question type.
* Break down difficult topics into simple, manageable steps.

All lesson resources are prepared by me and tailored to help you improve. Any homework I set will usually involve answering an exam question, which we’ll review together in the next lesson. You’re also welcome to bring along schoolwork or homework if there’s anything you’d like extra help with.
