My lessons are carefully structured and individually planned to suit each student's academic needs, learning style, and personal interests. I believe that every student learns differently, which is why I create tailored lesson plans designed to maximise engagement, build confidence, and help students reach their full potential.

With over four years of tutoring experience teaching students from Year 1 to Year 11, including SATs, 11+ and GCSE preparation, I focus on creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and challenging themselves. Each lesson has clear objectives and is adapted based on the student's progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.

I use a variety of teaching methods to keep lessons interactive and engaging, including guided practice, discussion-based learning, exam-style questions, educational games where appropriate, and targeted skill-building activities. For students preparing for assessments, I regularly incorporate past papers, predicted papers, and exam-technique practice to ensure they are fully prepared and confident when sitting their exams.

Homework is provided when appropriate to reinforce concepts covered during lessons and encourage independent learning. I also provide regular feedback so that both students and parents can clearly track progress and identify areas that may require additional focus.

Flexibility is important to me, and I aim to adapt lessons to suit each student's schedule and learning preferences. Outside of lessons, I am happy to answer reasonable questions and provide clarification when needed, ensuring students feel supported throughout their learning journey.

My goal is not only to improve grades but also to develop confidence, independent thinking, and a genuine understanding of the subject, helping students achieve long-term academic success.
