For years, my identity was defined by the intensity of professional cricket, where peak fitness and long-distance running were my daily reality. But in 2020, a severe ACL injury changed everything. After repeated, failed attempts to return to the game, my body forced a definitive pause.
That sudden stop became my turning point. During the COVID lockdown, I turned to Yoga for rehabilitation. What began as a tool for physical recovery—restoring my knee’s mobility and balance—soon evolved into something much deeper. I realized Yoga was rebuilding not just my body, but my mind.
Driven to understand this transformation, I transitioned from casual practice to rigorous academic study, earning a degree in Human Consciousness & Yogic Sciences. Today, I integrate traditional wisdom with therapeutic insights, specializing in Vinyasa Flow, Traditional Ashtanga (Mysore Style), and Classical Hatha Yoga.
My practice is deeply grounded in therapeutic applications, including:
Injury rehabilitation and functional mobility
Posture correction and pain management
Managing arthritis, diabetes, and sleep disturbances
Having guided over 300 individuals, my core intention is rooted in sincerity, patience, and conviction. I believe every body and every journey is unique, whether you are seeking physical healing, mental balance, or spiritual awareness.
I don't believe in one-sided teaching; I value shared perspectives. I am always open to learning about your unique fitness or wellness journey—let’s connect and navigate this path together.
