My lessons are planned well ahead to address the student's educational requirements. I believe in flipped learning where I provide learning resources and materials for students to carry out self-study. The following session would start with an active discussion of the critical learnings from the content. I use regular formative assessments to track the student's learning and by working with the students we together frame a personalized learning checklist that allows us to keep track of the progress during the learning sessions.
