I have a strong background in working with children and supporting their development, supported by a range of school-based training. I currently work part-time with Zen Educate as a supervisor in after-school clubs, where I help create a safe, engaging environment and support children in a range of activities.
Alongside this, I assist with school-based activities and volunteer at a primary school as a Teaching Assistant, where I support pupils with their learning and classroom engagement. These experiences have helped me build strong communication skills and a good understanding of how to support children effectively.
I am currently studying at the University of East London and working towards my goal of becoming a qualified teacher. My studies, combined with my practical experience, continue to develop my knowledge of education.
I also have experience in behavioural management and supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). I use patience, clear communication, and adaptable strategies to ensure every child feels supported and able to succeed. I am confident in building positive relationships with pupils, encouraging their confidence, and helping them stay motivated in their learning. My aim is to support each child in reaching their full potential.
