My sessions are calm, focused, and thoughtfully structured to help you move and feel better in your body. I combine breathwork, posture alignment, and controlled, functional movement to build strength, stability, and deeper body awareness.
I bring experience working with a wide range of individuals, including those recovering from cancer, managing heart conditions, and women in postnatal stages, including diastasis recti. This has shaped my approach to be safe, adaptable, and deeply attentive to individual needs. I understand how to modify movements, pace sessions appropriately, and prioritize breath and stability when working with sensitive or recovering bodies.
Each class is designed with a clear intention—whether it’s improving posture, supporting recovery, reducing pain, or developing core control. I begin by connecting to the breath, as it sets the foundation for how your body stabilizes and moves. From there, I guide you through progressive, tailored sequences that respect your current capacity while gently building strength.
My teaching style emphasizes precision over speed, influenced by my practice of Iyengar yoga. This approach helps you build trust, alignment, and awareness in your practice.
