A session might look like this, with 4 main parts:
(But is customisable to suit what we find works for you)

1. Walking through the concept and focus for the session. Making sure we understand the how and why.
2. Linking to other concepts to reinforce the learning and application of the content.
3. A few practice questions talking over the approach to make sure we can apply it in a exam style situation.
4. Some advice for how to practice and what we learnt going forward.
