I also offer to go overtime for free during exams seasons if there are remaining gaps in knowledge.

I am currently working as a Learning support assistant at a school. I have worked with KS3 and KS4 students. I have recently completed my A levels and GCSE's and therefore i am aware of the syllabus and mark schemes.

Here is how i structure my lessons
If the lesson is 1 hour long

The first 5 mins will always be a starter activity.Recalling previous concepts which you got wrong previously. Even if you are very strong at a topic it is important to recall every 2-3 week to prevent you from forgetting.
The next 5 mins will be dedicated to marking the starter.

The next 40 mins will be exam questions and working on weak topics

The last 10 mins will be a plenary to ensure that you are leaving the lesson strengthening a weakness and learning something new.
