Hi, I'm Connor

I’m a Psychology, Education, and Counselling graduate from Sheffield Hallam, and I’ll be heading back there this September to start my MSc in Psychology. I’m passionate about how the mind works, but more importantly, I’m passionate about helping students actually "get" the subject without feeling overwhelmed.

What I do day-to-day?

I’m currently a Teaching Assistant, so I’m in schools every single day. I know that the classroom can sometimes be a stressful place. My goal is to take that pressure off. Because I’m working in education right now, I have plenty of fresh ideas on how to break down tricky topics into bits that actually make sense.

How do I teach?

I don’t do "boring" lectures. My sessions are relaxed, friendly, and built around you. Whether we’re tackling A-Level Social Influence or GCSE Research Methods, I focus on:

- Real-world examples: Making theory feel less like a textbook and more like real life.

- Exam confidence: I’ll show you exactly what examiners are looking for so you can stop second-guessing your answers.

- A supportive space: With my background in Counselling, I make sure my lessons are a "zero-judgment zone" where you can ask any question you like.
