I am an experienced Personal Trainer and sports coach with a strong background in martial arts, swimming, and strength & conditioning. Over the past decade, I have worked with a wide range of clients and athletes, helping them reach their fitness goals through tailored training programs and supportive coaching. My approach combines professional knowledge with patience, motivation, and creativity to keep sessions both effective and enjoyable.

My lessons are structured around the individual needs of each client. Whether your aim is fat loss, strength building, injury recovery, or simply improving general fitness, I will design a program that is safe, progressive, and sustainable. I place a strong emphasis on mobility, core stability, and functional movement to ensure long-term results while protecting the body from injuries.

Coming from an international background in Olympic-style sport, I bring an athletic and disciplined perspective to training, while my experience in swimming and conditioning allows me to adapt exercises for all ages and levels. I also understand the challenges of recovery, as I have personally overcome serious injuries, which gives me extra insight into helping clients build resilience and confidence.

I believe fitness is not only about physical strength but also about mindset, discipline, and balance. My goal is to support and inspire you to achieve lasting changes, develop healthy habits, and enjoy the process of becoming fitter and stronger.
