I specialise in providing individuals with exercise, lifestyle and nutrition plans. Clients can expect to be taken through a detailed consultation process during which we will agree or identify goals, needs and priorities. This is followed by a biometric, work capacity and movement assessment. The scores from the client’s assessments are used to guide the exercise and lifestyle prescriptions.
