My lessons are structured, interactive, and tailored to meet the unique learning needs of each student. I begin by assessing the student’s current understanding of a topic so I can identify gaps and build a strong foundation. From there, I break down complex chemistry concepts into simple, step-by-step explanations that are easy to follow and remember.
I use a combination of teaching methods, including real-life examples, diagrams, problem-solving exercises, and guided practice questions. This helps students not only understand the theory but also apply it effectively. Each lesson is designed to be engaging and interactive, encouraging students to ask questions and participate actively in the learning process.
My sessions typically include three parts: clear explanation of the topic, worked examples, and independent practice with feedback. I also provide short assessments and revision exercises to track progress and reinforce learning over time. For exam-focused students, I incorporate past questions, exam techniques, and time management strategies to help them perform confidently in GCSE, WEAC, NECO and undergraduate chemistry courses.
As a First-Class Industrial Chemistry graduate, I bring strong academic knowledge combined with practical laboratory experience gained during my internship at the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC). This allows me to connect theoretical chemistry with real-world applications, making lessons more meaningful and easier to understand.
My ultimate goal is to help students build confidence, develop problem-solving skills, and achieve academic success. I am patient, approachable, and committed to ensuring that every student fully understands each topic before moving forward.
