My coaching style is supportive, practical and tailored to each individual. I create a relaxed, non-judgemental space where students and young people can talk openly about their goals, uncertainties and next steps.

Sessions are personalised depending on what support is needed. This might include exploring career ideas, identifying strengths and interests, building confidence, setting realistic goals, improving CVs and applications, interview preparation, or developing strategies to manage challenges around work, study and wellbeing.

I take a collaborative approach to coaching, meaning we work together to explore options and find approaches that feel realistic and achievable for you. I understand that there is no single “right” career path, and that everyone’s circumstances, priorities and definition of success are different.

My professional background is in careers, employability and supported employment. Over the past several years, I have worked within education, charities and employability services supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds, including young people, graduates, career starters and individuals facing barriers to employment. I currently work within higher education outreach and student support, and I am also completing an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology with Coaching Psychology.

My aim is to help students and young people feel more confident, informed and supported as they navigate decisions about their future.
