I mentor people on a wide range of subjects in schools, universities, businesses, and privately. My focus is helping my clients express themselves, especially in writing and academic English. I also teach literature, art, philosophy, critical and media studies, songwriting and singing. I tailor my work specifically to my clients; every lesson is guided by who I'm teaching, what they need, and what they enjoy. I'm interested in absolutely everything, and I would love to pass that passion for learning on to you.

I promise you there's a very easy answer, which will immediately improve your writing after our first lesson.
Working at a London arts university, I designed the online Critical Studies curriculum. I have mentored dozens of artists and designers through their MA dissertations, and helped PhD students edit their thesis writing. These students were all wonderful, intelligent, creative people, but many found writing very, very hard. Writing academic essays is hard for everyone, but especially for people who don't think in straight lines! If that sounds like you, I can promise you I know how it feels, and I can help.
