My sessions are structured, purposeful, and tailored to the individual, whether you’re an athlete looking to improve performance or someone aiming to build fitness, strength, and confidence. Each session follows a clear format: an initial warm-up focused on mobility and activation, a main training block centred on strength, conditioning, or football-specific work, and a final phase for conditioning, core, or recovery.
I place a strong emphasis on coaching quality and technique. I use clear demonstrations, simple coaching cues, and consistent feedback to help you understand not just what to do, but why you’re doing it. This builds confidence and helps you progress safely and effectively. Sessions are progressive, meaning we build week by week based on your goals, whether that’s fat loss, muscle gain, injury prevention, or improving athletic performance.
My background as a semi-professional footballer and coach allows me to bring a performance-focused approach to every session. I have experience working with youth players, general population clients, and individuals returning from injury, so I understand how to adapt sessions to different needs and abilities.
