My lessons are relaxed, structured, and focused on building true confidence so students feel fully prepared for exams.

Lessons are tailored to the student’s specific exam board (e.g., AQA, Edexcel, OCR, Eduqas) and current target grade. I will teach online via webcam. A typical session looks like:

1. Targeted Skill Building (15 mins): We break down key essay structures, high-scoring vocabulary, or core literary techniques.

2. Interactive Analysis & Practice (25 mins): We unpack exam questions or extract texts together. I share my exact Grade 9 / A* frameworks for planning top-band paragraphs under time pressure.

3. Live Feedback & Application (15 mins): The student practises writing responses or breaking down unseen extracts, followed by instant, constructive feedback focused on boosting their marks.

4. Summary & Action Points (5 mins): Clear takeaways and optional lightweight task practice for next time to keep momentum going.
