My coaching is centred around helping you achieve your goals in an enjoyable, supportive, and evidence-based way. Whether you're looking to improve your general fitness, build strength, increase confidence in the gym, or enhance your athletic performance, every session is tailored to your individual needs, experience, and objectives.
Lessons are delivered online and can include personalised training programmes, technique coaching, and regular progress reviews. I place a strong emphasis on teaching correct exercise technique, helping you understand why you're performing certain exercises, and ensuring you train safely and effectively. As you progress, your programme will be adapted to keep you challenged, motivated, and moving towards your goals.
My coaching approach is built on both practical experience and scientific knowledge. I am currently completing a Master's in Physiology and Nutrition of Sport and Exercise. Alongside my studies, I have coached athletes in strength and conditioning sessions, designed personalised training programmes, supported rehabilitation, and delivered one-to-one guidance on training, recovery, sleep, and nutrition. I have also worked with elite athletes across athletics and varying football clubs, where I monitored performance and training load to help optimise training programmes.
