Chinaza Jideonwo-Edun

Hello! I have been tutoring for around five years now, and during that time I have helped many students reach and often exceed their goals. I am currently a medical student, so I am confident teaching not only maths, but also biology and chemistry. I can also provide support with university applications and entrance exams if that is something you are preparing for.

Over the years, I have worked with students of all abilities, and many have improved by two or even three grades to achieve the results they needed for further education. I find it very rewarding to see that progress and to help students realise that they are capable of far more than they might think.

I am a flexible tutor and like to adapt my teaching style to what works best for each student. Some people prefer lessons that focus on content and understanding, while others learn best by practising exam-style questions. Whatever your preference, I will structure our sessions around your goals and learning style.

I achieved a grade 9 in GCSE Maths and an A at A level, and I have supported students in achieving A* grades themselves. I understand that maths can sometimes feel challenging, so I always aim to break down larger concepts into smaller, more manageable ideas that are easier to grasp.

My lessons are interactive and engaging. I will ask questions throughout to check your understanding, but please do stop me if I am going too quickly or if something is unclear. I also provide revision plans and feedback after lessons so you can see your progress and know exactly what to focus on next.

Above all, I want you to feel confident and enjoy learning. With the right support and approach, every topic can make sense, and I will be here to guide you every step of the way.
