Learning emotional intelligence is not about memorizing theories; it is about building self-awareness, learning how your emotions work, and gaining practical tools to navigate relationships with clarity and confidence. In our sessions, you can expect a warm, collaborative, and entirely judgment-free space tailored to your personal goals and learning pace.

Every lesson is structured around an engaging, three-part format designed to make psychological insights practical:

The Check-In & Concept Intro: We begin by grounding ourselves, reflecting on recent experiences, and introducing a core emotional intelligence framework (such as cognitive reframing, emotional regulation, or active listening).

Interactive Exploration & Practice: Rather than listening to a passive lecture, you will engage in guided self-reflection prompts, unpack real-world case studies, or practice scenario-based communication techniques to see how the concepts play out in real life.

Actionable Takeaways: We close each session by identifying concrete strategies, personalized reflective prompts, or subtle mindset shifts you can easily integrate into your day-to-day interactions before we meet next.

Our curriculum is adaptive, focusing on themes such as managing stress, establishing healthy boundaries, understanding behavioral patterns, developing empathy, and communicating assertively. The dynamic is conversational, strengths-based, and deeply reflective. You drive the focus—whether that means unpacking interpersonal challenges, learning to manage difficult feelings, or preparing for significant personal and academic transitions.

My approach bridges formal psychological training with extensive, hands-on educational experience across the UK and East Asia. Holding an MSc in Psychological Studies from the University of Glasgow, alongside years of leading one-to-one mentorship and youth development at The King’s Trust and teaching in international schools, I combine evidence-based insight with genuine relational support. Together, we will turn emotional awareness into an empowering daily strength.
