I give clear demonstrations, coach your form in real time, and adjust the intensity as we go so you’re always challenged but never overwhelmed.
You’ll receive a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and practical fitness tips you can use at home or in the gym. I keep things varied to stay fun and motivating—no two sessions are exactly the same. After the workout we cool down and review key points, and I provide feedback plus optional “homework” exercises to keep your progress steady between lessons.
